Please read and understand this refund policy carefully. All points given are part of World Biologica’s refund and guarantee disclaimer adhering to Indian Laws. Refunds (eligible refunds only) are being processed within 5-6 working days period from the day of initiating a successful refund request. A refund initiated can take between 10-15 working days to reflect back in your bank account.

Digital Products and Professional Services

This is in reference to the Digital products and Services on WorldBiologica.com. We do not issue refunds for digital products and services once the order is confirmed and you have completed the checkout/payment process. In addition, no refunds will be issued for digital products and services after a product is sent/downloaded/shared or services have been purchased and/or rendered.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products/services. We also recommend to contact us for assistance if you have any issues with the expert/professional services that were rendered to you. All Sales/Costs Are Final.

• Refunds cannot be issued once you avail of our digital services and work orders go through approval phase. A refund is not possible for work already completed under World Biologica consultation.

• No partial refunds for projects that are halfway through the execution phase.

• Refunds will not be granted on payments/deposits for inactive or abandoned projects. The cut-off time for these projects is within 30 days only.

• If you opted for a publishing plan with World Biologica, all of the payments must be completed as there are no cancellations for payment plans. However, if the author still wishes to file for a refund claim, your request and completed assessments must be submitted no sooner than 30 days following your payment.

• Refunds will not be granted for those who download our white label Bonus Materials such as our Case Studies, Portfolio, Onboarding Documents & Manuscripts and move to promptly ask for cancellation or refund of their membership. We reserve the right to deny your refund request. World Biologica’s professional services and materials are not designed for people to steal them.

• All services rendered for the authors are made at their own risk—no guarantees, no refunds, no exchanges, no credits.

• Google Ads and Facebook Ads are non-refundable, as this also adheres to the rules set by Facebook and Google. Money spent for ads on these platforms are solely for this purpose and can never be returned to the entity who runs the campaign. You should not spend any sum of money, no matter how great or small on paid ads campaigns & services if you cannot afford to lose it entirely with no return, results, revenue or profit of any kind.

Packages and Publishing Plans

If the work is yet to get published
Cancellations if any, have to be made within 48 hours of ordering/submission and payment. After that, no requests for refund will be entertained. Although a cancellation charge as 7.5% of the actual payment will be penalized from the refund amount. There will be no refund in case of 48 hours are over after the payment.

If the work is already published
The composer/author/editor/owner can withdraw the “work” (book/manuscript/paper or CD or DVD or e-book or banner or poster or visiting card or invitation card or study-material or ‘research work’ or any other kind of printed or written or designed or electronic work) from “World Biologica” any time, if the book/manuscript gets selected for print/publication by any conventional or other publishers; or for other reasons. There can be a service cancellation charge (only in some special cases) of maximum INR 2000 (for Indian authors) or $100 (for all foreign authors) for doing this; however the composer/author/editor

/owner must inform “World Biologica” by e-mail, so that “World Biologica” stops selling and enlisting his “creative work” (book or CD or DVD or e-book or banner or poster or visiting card or invitation card or study-material or ‘research work’ or any other kind of printed or written or designed or electronic work). There will be no case of refund from “World Biologica” for the composer/author/editor/owner withdrawing a book or withholding publication.
